It is a common and wise precaution for landlords or agents to require regular inspections when managing a tenancy. Six monthly inspections where the condition is compared to the initial inventory should be perfectly acceptable to both parties.

Approximately half way through the tenancy or after six months, , Mulberry Inventories will write to you suggesting that an optional mid-term inspection be carried out. Once we receive permission from you to go ahead, we will then proceed by arranging a mutually convenient time with the parties involved.

We will revisit the property and complete a visual inspection of how the property is being treated and any cleaning issues. We will also take digital photographs of any areas of concern.
