Tenant Check Out
At the end of a tenancy a check out inspection is carried out and, in our view, is a very important part of the tenancy. It will compare the condition of the property with the original signed inventory which was prepared at the beginning of the tenancy. Our clerk will record all the changes to the condition of the property. This will include any neglect, defects, repair and cleaning required in the property.
We will also take possession of the keys if not already done so, record meter readings, take photographs of any significant damage and then return keys and the completed check out form to the landlord or agent together with the report.
